Bute Energy must address concerns over its “incomplete” Radnor Forest wind farm proposal, say planning inspectors #WLS Campaigners fighting an industrial scale wind farm in Mid Wales have welcomed demands by the Welsh Planning Inspectorate (PEDW) for more information and clarity on major aspects of the planning application. Het laatste eten van gister viel niet goed. Te snel gegeten en iets wat ik beter (nog) kan laten. Vanochtend een beschuit met 20+ smeerkaas, daarna kwam de hulpverlener, nu een beschuit met kipfilet, straks maar even een stukje kuieren. Was gister bij het wegen, sinds het pre dieet, 10kg kwijt. #wls

Voor het eerst, sinds de operatie vorige week, vast voedsel.

Beetje onrustige nacht gehad. Geen paracetamol meer nodig. Wel de eerste 'vastloper' gehad (vocht en lucht) dus misselijk, koud zweet en een enorme speeksel productie. Recht op, rustig blijven en na 2 minuten ebte het weer weg. #sofarsogood #wls Morgen heel voorzichtig vast voedsel proberen.

Ben de suikervrije proteïne toetjes, yoghurt, soep en appelmoes een beetje beu. Eens bedenken wat ik helemaal de moeder ga pureren om te eten. #wls

12 uur op bed gelegen waarvan meer dan 10 geslapen. Heerlijk. #wls

Redelijke nacht gehad, broer kwam koffie drinken vanochtend. Ging naar de supermarkt, was daarna erg moe, deed een heerlijke dutje. De pijn is goed onder controle met paracetamol. Alle dingen die ik tot nu toe heb geprobeerd tijdens het vloeibare dieet gaan prima. Heb dus niets te klagen. #wls
