Good progress for the #WheelchairsMod 1.21.4 port, actual wheelchairs! With fully-functional crafting recipes, models, and even upgrades!

Still a fair bit of work to go but there were some serious and bizarre infrastructure changes for 1.21 and getting this far is certainly a milestone.

Some have pointed out these would immediately fall forwards/backwards, but I think the model looks reasonably vanilla-friendly all the same 😄
