Shareholders are king; corporations are doing everything they can to nickel and dime employees. This is one of the reasons why the youth are having a hard time finding jobs. Everyone is running at bare bones to please shareholders, and pay out as little as possible. #workinglife

So— my employer instituted a new policy, without warning, where the most anyone can work in a 7 day week is hard capped at 44hours instead of the 60 we had. This cut the potential earning power down by just over $11/hr.

This also makes shift trading near impossible.
