I remember Xenix back when I was in high school. I had a copy lying around but there was so much dev activity on DOS then Windows that it was relegated to the pile of ignored OSs.

Way back in the day, the first Unix-like system I ever used for development was Xenix 1.0Alpha on 286's. After that SCO Unix on 386's.

But everything changed when I discovered Linux SLS 0.99pl12 back in 1993.
I never looked back.
