Hey… people familiar with character animator, what does this mean?

The live animation works but all the images look like this. I haven’t deleted any of them, but I haven’t opened the program in a while if that helps.

Anyone have a good #PremierPro tutorial for exporting a vertical, made-for-mobile video in the same high quality that the preview shows in the program?? I am ripping my hair out over following so my articles and it exports so poor quality every time. #premierprohelp #adobe #adobehelp
