Primero, te explico la preparación esencial: cómo organizar los archivos en carpetas por episodio, importar pistas correctamente y nombrarlas para mantener un flujo limpio y profesional. Aprenderás a detectar picos de saturación y la forma correcta de sincronizar múltiples pistas (por ejemplo, entrevistas grabadas por separado). Luego, entramos en la edición práctica: selección, recorte, split, silence y cómo evitar cortes bruscos con fade in y fade out. Te comparto trucos reales que uso en mi estudio —por ejemplo, cómo recortar respiraciones excesivas sin perder naturalidad— y la razón por la que siempre hago una pasada con auriculares antes de finalizar. I've spent all day watching #Audacity tutorials and I've realised I only need an audio editor, not a DAW.

I just want to record a track, overdub onto it, mix it and master it, then export it.

The issue I'm having is when I overdub, I am getting an echo in the original track that I'm playing over..
