An open-end wrench with each head customized to suit specific bike-related parts. The 13/16" end is ground to an 11mm opening with the head thickness greatly reduced. Some 1980's sidepulls had thin, 11mm adjusting nuts instead of the usual 10mm. The 5/16" end is ground to an 8mm and leaving square, unbeveled edges in the jaw, to reduce slippage tightening very thin nuts.

Sometimes standard tools don't quite fit right, if at all. The 11m size appeared in some brake pivots and good luck trying to find a thin 11mm. Make your own tool if the need arises--it will save you so much time later.
