Meanwhile, the #NYCDHS congratulates itself but doesn't find the time to tweet a #CodeBlue announcement. Without such a tweet, people don't know it's #CodeBlue, or know but have no proof they can show when they're put out or turned away. #NYCDHS dysfunction kills people.

One of them was found at Third Ave. and 35th St., 10 minutes' walk from the #MainchanceDropinCenter and 15 minutes from the #BellevueShelter. Was he put out, turned away? Did he know there was #CodeBlue? Often, including today, the #NYCDHS falls #AsleepAtTheWheel and doesn't tweet announcements.
