Just a shot in the dark. Anyone with #d3js experience that could potentially look at my geojson. Everything looks correct, all the tests show it's correct, but I'm getting fill flooding - and it's holding up developing the ward pages.

If you’re building a complex visualization, use D3 for the math and Canvas/WebGL for the rendering. Let D3 handle the scales, forces, and hierarchies, but don't let it touch the DOM if you want 60fps let alone 120fps.

Two routes would be very near Greenland and are displayed dashed. Additionally the western hemisphere is drawn in, just because I wanted to know. In this definition the UK and Ireland would be direct inside the influence space of Trump (western hemisphere Grambling, you know). It's one attempt to explain the increasing interest of Trump for Greenland.

Having fun with #wikipedia data. Plotted Belarusian places with foundation or first mention date marked (6.5% in total, somewhat 1.5k out of 23k). The uneven regional distribution of the existing data is striking, with the highest ratio in the Homyel region (37%)

Since the Philippines is very near the equator, the daylight hours and sunset times do not vary dramatically over the year, but it is still noticeable.
The base map is from 1:10m #NaturalEarth. Map rendering is via the browser using #D3js and #GIMP for compiling the GIF animation. 🧵 2/3
