Using up the leftover pineapple skins to make tepache. The skins, some pineapple fruit muddled in my fermentation vessel. Added star anise, allspice berries, and cinnamon. Topped with sugar, and water. It will ferment for about 5 days.
I have a thing about #fermented foods/beverages. I've made almost every one you can name but I have never made #tepache before.
It's now in my #Fermentation vessel. Pineapple skins, pineapple, allspice (instead of cloves, I'm allergic to those), star anise, cinnamon, sugar and water.
