How often do we hear the phrase “hyper-independent”applied to men? Almost never. Show me where we pathologize men being independent & MAYBE I’ll believe it’s a problem for women. Until then, I’ll keep seeing the term as a way to try to force women into archaic gender stereotypes. #hyperindependence
