I think there's supposed to be a very strict STEMA and a difference between users and service accounts!
I know for sure as hell we wouldn't do this in #PAM

No problem, really.
I kinda consider this sort of thing my penance for not stopping the bad design decisions when I may have had the power to do so.
Bottom line: Use #LDAP and DirectorySearcher, then #PowerShell to narrow it down.
🤷 Yeah I don't remember what filter magic translation it does or attempts.
I suspect they took some inspiration from query translation stuff I did in the following years.
