Start by heading down to the layers tab, right clicking, and pressing new

This will open a new frame, which is how we will animate

I personally suggest removing the black outside around the body to make life easier going forwards

Position the mouth between the eyes and the chin, and then draw a 2 pixel line in either red or black

My character will have a beard so I've gone for red

These choices can be changed on the fly, so don't worry about committing to anything
