Hey, any #opticians and other related specialists. Does "Color Deficiency" change over time? I have Deuteranopia, and sometimes can't even SEE red next to green (fun stuff). Anyway, the neat thing I have is my LEFT and RIGHT eyes see two different color sets, lately it's worse is it just age?

When out and about I like to take photos of #opticians’ signage. There’s just something about the retail graphics for #eyewear companies that I find especially appealing, witty and kitsch. I’ve photographed a fair few so maybe there’s a research project brewing? This was taken in Lisbon, Portugal 👓
Visit to the #opticians this afternoon resulted in a referral to the eye hospital for my #cataracts. Result! 🥰
However the #NHS being what it is, I’m not holding my breath about the wait for an appointment. ☹️

At regular job yesterday, was asked about driving lenses. I informed the lady, that we would put special lenses in a pair of glasses. Her reply 'but I don't wear glasses to drive'.
