Delivering a very unique bus… From February 19-21, I made a trip down to Roanoke with a few people in order to deliver a bus to Commonwealth Coach & Trolley, a museum that focuses on transit history.  This trip took a similar form to the trip in November where I brought former WMATA bus 6181 down to Roanoke, but included a full day in Roanoke this time around because the trip was planned to coincide with a vacation day that I had previously scheduled.

Finding closure on a complicated legacy… Recently, I learned that my elementary school principal, Judith Carmical, had passed away at the age of 85.  Upon learning the news from a friend's post on Facebook, I felt a similar feeling when learning about her passing as I did when my fifth grade teacher, Sharon Bradley, died in 2019, realizing that a person from my past who had caused many problems for me was gone, and it provided some level of closure and comfort knowing that they were gone.
