I can feel the mix and balance of my mind wrestling to find a new normal with the changed meds.

The feeling reminds me of having med changes in the psych ward, except I have to carry on with daily life.

I'm sure I'll be fine, it'll just be a rough couple of days I think.

We're trialling the seroquel 50mg instant and 50mg XR for 3 months.
