Looked like an upgrade of #dotnet on the arm runner solved the issue. Now running the build multiple times in my @github.com actions runner #codespace. Cannot reproduce what I saw yesterday:

Big fan of @github.com codespaces! I am now using it to debug an issue on Linux where I have a shell on a GitHub actions runner and a #codespace (github.com/dlemstra/run...) to edit the files and then build and run the project to test my changes.
If you are not yet using @github.com #codespaces for your open source projects you should really give that a try. I now have a failing unit tests in Imagemagick that only seems to occur with gcc on linux. With a #codespace on @github.com I can figure out why it fails in a pre-configured environment.
One of my projects is still building on macos-12 in a @github.com action. Now working on moving this to macos-13. Using my github.com/dlemstra/run... to get a shell on that macos-13 agent and make patches on the runner in the #codespace before pushing this as a commit to the repository.
