The interior of a railway carriage on the Welsh Highland Heritage Railway en route from Porthmadog to Caernarfon in 2018 Janet and Patsy. The wood framed carriage has red brocade seats decorated with a diamond gold pattern. Each seat has a wooden table on which volunteers serve drinks and basic meals. Another carriage can be seen through an interconnecting door and other passengers are seen seated. It is raining and a green landscape can be seen through the windows of the carriage. The Welsh Highland Railway (WHR; Welsh: Rheilffordd Eryri) is a restored narrow-gauge railway in the Welsh county of Gwynedd. It runs for a 25-mile route through some stunning scenery. Good hair days. My lovely wife getting a trim in our
kitchen from her friendly hairdresser, who went mobile after her salon closed. Janet loved these visits - a chance to chat. I used to say she could talk for Britain if it was a sport.
