Previous iterations were too annoying to use for horizon clouds, so I've returned to ye old faithful. Just a cylinder-like shape with a scrolling texture. Works pretty well.

I generally develop on Linux. Making a game that sits transparently on top of the desktop is an interesting challenge. Every OS reacts a bit differently. Linux behaves quite nicely. Windows... occasionally has other ideas.
