The #localstack team have decided to drop the free community edition. I get that they need companies using them to move to the paid plans. I'm not against paying.
Trouble is we commit to CI early and often. The cost to get enough `CI credits` is a lot. Like close to my annual AWS Bill #devlife
Pulled myself away from shaving this yak... The problem is mostly that #LocalStack's implementation of the SESv1 SendTemplatedEmail and SendBulkTemplatedEmail return nonstandard responses. (The Status field isn't set in the response)

All I wanted to do was use SendBulkTemplatedEmail, #LocalStack. Now I'm cloning the repo to look at adding it myself...
And we're on a roll... here's ANOTHER newly-announced AWS feature that LocalStack already supports. Thanks to our partnership with the AWS Step Functions team, you can use the new TestState enhancements with LocalStack! (AI = Already Implemented!)
