Dan Doughty, a brown anthropomorphic creature resembling something like a dog or bear. He's wearing a brown apron and warm winter wear. He looks cautious, holding a chef's knife in front of him. He's somewhat strong due to his bulk and has great reflexes from his schooling, but is otherwise unremarkable Memento ("Mimi"), an ordinary chef's knife. His sidekick in the kitchen! A gift from his parents for getting into culinary school, this knife was custom made to fit perfectly in his big hands. Well crafted, sturdy, and lovingly maintained, 5 years later it still looks new and cuts beautifully! Through tough times it reminds him of those he loves and love him, that he has a place in his passion, and that a Doughty never gives up. It resembles a german style chef's knife
