Städte wie Oslo und Helsinki zeigen: #RealZero ist möglich. Gute Straßengestaltung und klare Tempolimits auf Autobahnen, Landstraßen und in Städten (T120/T80/mehr T30) senken Unfallzahlen deutlich. Entscheidend ist auch rücksichtvolles Verhalten und die konsequente Einhaltung der Verkehrsregeln.

The government’s claims that emissions are falling ... are deception. The current 43 per cent target isn’t even particularly high, and the government still cannot meet it without cheating. Raising the target just increases the incentive to fudge the numbers further.
