Robodebt Six finally outed Former prime minister Scott Morrison has been named in a NACC report alongside five public servants referred by the Royal Commission into the Robodebt Scheme.

Most grating part of this: the number of criminal prosecution cases I've worked on in which the Social Security Act has no regard as to the intention of the accused; they prosecute people who make genuine mistakes. APS is untouchable, though 🙄

I feel like the failure to really delivery accountability over #robodebt is because they want to do more. Like the trials of automated NDIS plans with reduced human judgement. There's a sense that for some people the only problem with #robodebt was that they got called out on its failings.
