Did mini #SAVR. 5 sutures in each commisure, 5 knots on each suture. 55 minutes x-clamp. Finished pump run at 5:25pm. Unfortunately it was a 23 prosthesis, not a 25. Anybody else in #heartsurgery with an obsession for numbers?
