I'd venture to say ANY academic professional. Those without faculty status are welcome to join as associate members.

Many academic librarians are not and as noted in a recent post, the AAUP has historically upheld our need for Academic Freedom.

We need all of us in the fight to #SaveHigherEd.

Many schools have chapters...The majority of them are advocacy chapters, like at mine. Check them out (no library pun intended). The #AAUP also accepts non-faculty academic professionals as associate members (non-voting).
