I'm a big fan of Signal as a replacement for various messaging apps, but it's getting blocker in more and more countries.
I just set up a Signal proxy to allow people to bypass blocks - send me a message here and I'll pass on the address.

Three independent servers: two in Amsterdam, one in Helsinki, all IPv4/IPv6. Helsinki was added for regions with media delivery issues.
Domains and nameservers are now fully European.

We've added a new Signal proxy to our list. If you're experiencing issues accessing Signal in your country due to Internet censorship, you can use a Signal proxy to circumvent that censorship.
