First hard speed workout of the training cycle. And it felt really hard. It doesn’t run when you run each of the first 6 intervals of 12 too fast. I just couldn’t settle in and find the pace. Took too much effort to get fast so ended up too fast.

1000 at HMP, 600 at 10KP–1 min rest
1200 at HMP, 400 at 5KP–1 min rest
1400 at 10KP, 200 at Mile Pace–1 min rest
1200 at 10KP, 400 at 3KP–1 min rest
