Last April, I presented part of my PhD work exploring the drivers of trophic niche partitioning among pelagic #TopPredators, like swordfish, blue and mako sharks, at the Spanish Elasmobranch Network meeting 🦈
What an opportunity to discuss key topics in #shark and ray research and #conservation!
Fortuna et al. (2024) examine the status & trends of marine #TopPredators, their ecological roles, and monitoring & mitigation strategies for #EcosystemBasedManagement. A critical synthesis for policy and practice. 👉 doi.org/10.3389/fmar... #GES4SEAS #GES4SEAS #MarineConservation #MarineEcology 🌐🌍🧪
