But trauma hurts all of us, and we aren't all going to be stable about it.

CBT only works for Cluster B when it’s #traumanotpd (AKA, they’ve been misdiagnosed.)

Cluster B pathologies are diagnosed behaviourally. Meaning; an individual needs to have acted in a socially damaging way to get it. Proper assessment and diagnosis is imperative, as a lot of the behavioural issues can be misinterpreted, especially in cases of #TraumanotPD

We know not only are there other, better, more affirmative and hopeful diagnoses available for those who want them, but that no treatment approach NECESSARILY requires a PD label for access. The core of good treatment is hope: the storylines we provide MUST foster it
