Werkstudent User Research (Operations) (all genders) | DigitalService

We are looking for a working student #userResearcher to help us with operational tasks.

The role is in the fast-moving ‘Start a business’ service team with a growing number of great UX and service designers and user researchers.

15–20 hours per week, Berlin and hybrid, C1 level English and German

In the session, my colleague Sonja & I shared how the user-centred design discipline at @digitalservice.bund.de developed over the past few years.

For that, I create a quick overview of how #UXDesign #UserResearcher #ContentDesign #CommunicationDesign & #LegalDesign as sub-disciplines evolved.
