Inside the lobby, the High Tea is served and commences with a delicious three-storied cake server with delectable and memorable goodies to enjoy! The bottom level has fresh scones and clotted cream. The second level has finger sandwiches. The top layer has divine desserts!

The beautiful art deco blue, white and gold domed ceiling above the lobby of the Empress hotel. Absolutely stunning!
