So it baked from a cold start after getting half baked the day before. I expected flatbread. The camel is sighing. Oranges for scale.
This #Sourdough #Bread was one accident after another. I accidentally switched the oven from Proof to Bake while cleaning flour stains, 30 min then aborting bulk ferment. Then I had to put it in a cold oven as it was out of its banneton before I realized the oven timer was not on DST.
