My first and last time touching fluids in Unreal Engine 5. 🌊💀 It looks cool, but my PC is still screaming.
What do you think? Worth the bake time or should I stick to standard particles? 🌀

Still working on atmospheric simulation for my #Godot project.
The wind is computed with a fluid simulation, and I added friction with the relief. That creates nice and plausible wind patterns.
To make the wind visible I used a particle system. What do you think?

Asked o3-mini to make a quick water sim with an orbiting camera in Blender 4.3 using a python script. This took a few tries and some tweaking so it’s not a one shot. I’m optimistic this will improve down the road. Prompt below. #o3mini #aicoding #blender #fluidsim

Decided to add a fluid sim for a bit more visual appeal, but over all it was fun to make, and just a experiment/practice.
Render time ~5-6 hours. (not including sim baking.)
