工芸生活さんのすぐ近くにあるパン屋さん ミルデリスの角食パンです。

ミエルはフランス語で蜂蜜のこと。
多分蜂蜜入りなんでしょうね。まだいただいてないですが、しっとりヤワヤワの手触り。
あまり焼かずに食べた方が美味しそう。
