Ergebnis: technische Hürden, Dark Patterns und wenig Transparenz.
Auffällig: Für Minderjährige sind die Meldewege auf Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube gleich wie für Erwachsene.
Ich habe mich infolge an die außergerichtlichte Schlichtungsstelle gewandt, welche in Falle von Österreich die Rundfunk und Telekom Regulierungs-GmbH ist ( rtr.at ).
Dort kann man ein Beschwerdeverfahren entsprechend dem #DSA der EU eröffnen - zumindest wäre das in der Theorie so vorgesehen.
