This OpenAI Statsig thing is like when #Keybase was acquired by #Zoom. Despite the numerous explanations by the Keybase team, the FUD around the acquisition continues to this day.
It's similar in the VPN space, so many assumptions based on ownership, many aren't even valid.
Does anybody actually _use_ #Keybase for anything, or do you, like me, just keep adding new devices to it and removing your old decommissioned devices because you want to keep access to your account on the off chance it might be useful some day.

I seem to have stopped the mid-afternoon computer crashes by removing #Keybase (knock on wood).
For over half a year, my computer often froze in the afternoon (necessitating a reboot) and I never knew why. I couldn’t find it in the reliability history or event viewer. Today I saw the error flash up before everything went dark: #Keybase crashed.
Please, someone else pick up the torch and make a real #keybase replacement. We desperately need easier security / privacy.
