We're delighted to share the journey of #PI3K inhibitors: a 20-year effort from teams at the ICR, The Royal Marsden, industry partners, funders and an ICR spinout company.

The results of a major trial confirmed the potential of Roche‘s PI3K inhibitor inavolisib in patients with #BreastCancer.

This study demonstrated that #AtrialNatriureticPeptide (ANP) mitigates #myocardial #IschemiaReperfusion (I/R) injury by downregulating Zn2⁺ transporter 8 (ZnT8) through the #PI3K signalling pathway and modulating Zn2⁺ homeostasis.
