I’ve counted and my 2025 Runs so far are:

10 miles+: 1
1/2 Marathon+: 9
15 miles+: 17
20 miles+: 2
Marathon+: 1

With a run total of 472 miles (so far)

I’m looking good for my first two run goals of 500 and 623 miles. Getting to 750 will require a lot more work

One of my favorite parts of #NAHJ this year was the new #NAHJCares wellness initiative focused on mental and physical health. Morning yoga and walk/run meetups kicked off our days. By the end, it felt like we had a little run club! A great way to build community within the community. #runforfun 📸🏃🏽‍♀️💨
