Really good week, I kept on-task; I gave myself time to do the job correctly, not hurriedly; therefore it's going to need another week or even two to do that full census — and I'm happy with that.

I avoided steamy, melodramatic YA love triangles. My characters’ romance feels slow but inevitable, rooted in mutual trust and emotional attachment over overt physical attraction. I liked how this was done in #FFXVI and shot for that tone in the current draft. #writesky #novmemeber #writingcommuntiy

WIP update: Despite a late start, I managed to write 2100 words for COTBM Draft 1 today! I'm on Ch 7, which straddles the line between Acts 1 & 2. Also, I've been writing both POVs in some of the chapters, which is new to me but is working well for this story. #WritingCommuntiy #AmWriting
