Usually i do have an OAB kind of #neurogenicbladder, but with taking #Clonidine my #ReflexBladder kind of problems seem to happen more often.
Especially when, after exhaustion, sitting down with legs up. Unpredictable. Unstoppable. #MECFS #PNP
Zum ersten Mal in 20 Jahren haben sich Medikamente gefunden, außer Schmermitteln, die meine Symptome verbessern.
Desmopressin bekomme ich nicht, weil der MD meint es hilft nicht.
Clonidin ist jetzt nicht mehr lieferbar, laut Apotheke.
Hoffentlich nicht auf Dauer.

I am taking #Clonidine now for about two weeks, i had to change the dosage from 0,15mg once a day to twice 0,075mg a day, before it just knocked me out.
Seems like i needed to get used to it, i am feeling better now and my HRV goes up.

Ich nehme aktuell zum ersten Mal #Clonidin für #HyperPOTS. Die Dosis 1x0,15mg morgens, haut ein wenig zu heftig rein, also habe ich nach 2x 0,075mg gefragt, muss ich jetzt selber zahlen. Zum Glück ist es nicht teuer.

Side Effects are moderate or low, some different dizzyness and bitter taste, only on the first day it knocked me out.
When you have #hyperpots and flip to wicked bradycardia. My resting heart rate has been 47-52 and my highs have been 100-110.
I’m so over this.
