Found out I’m allergic to my bdrm walls (well, w/e mold lives inside them). Slept with a face mask on in addition to my eye mask & bandana to block the light from my eyes & pineal gland, so I look like an absolute weirdo—spoiler alert: I am—but I finally managed to sleep through the night. #insomnia
